During the 2013/14 season, Bayern Munich, under the management of Pep Guardiola, had an outstanding performance across all competitions. Here's a summary of their performance:

  1. Bundesliga (German League):

    • Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga title comfortably, finishing the season with a record-breaking 90 points. They secured the title with several matches to spare, demonstrating their dominance in the league.
  2. DFB-Pokal (German Cup):

    • Bayern won the German Cup.
  3. UEFA Champions League:

    • Bayern had an impressive run in the UEFA Champions League. They topped their group in the group stage and progressed through the knockout rounds.
    • In the semi-finals, they faced Real Madrid. After a 0-1 loss away in the first leg, they managed to suprisingly lose again 0-4 in the second leg.
    • This exit from the Champions League was somewhat surprising given Bayern's dominance domestically and in Europe in recent years, but it was still a commendable performance overall.
