Although Romania did not qualify for any major international competitions these years we can't argue that they remained unqualified with style. This extremely rare training top is a XXL in great condition except some barely visible wear on the red Adidas stripes.

The yellow training kit worn by the Romania national football team from 2002 to 2004 was designed by Adidas and featured a striking and distinctive look. The kit was primarily a vivid, bright yellow, which made it quite eye-catching and easy to spot on the field.

During the 2002 to 2004 period, the Romania national football team had several notable players who were key figures for the team. Here are a few of them:

  1. Cristian Chivu: A highly skilled defender known for his versatility, Chivu played a crucial role in Romania's defense. He was recognized for his leadership and defensive capabilities, and he went on to have a successful club career with teams like Ajax, Roma, and Inter Milan.

  2. Gheorghe Hagi: Although his international career was winding down, Hagi, often referred to as "The Maradona of the Carpathians," was still an influential figure in Romanian football. His vision, passing, and creativity had made a significant impact on the team.

  3. Adrian Mutu: A dynamic forward known for his speed and technical ability, Mutu was one of Romania's key attacking players. His goal-scoring prowess and flair made him a standout performer during this period.

  4. Paul Codrea: A versatile midfielder, Codrea was known for his work rate and midfield dynamism. He was an important player for Romania, contributing both defensively and offensively.

  5. Ionel Ganea: A forward with a strong presence in the box, Ganea was known for his physicality and ability to score goals. He played a significant role in Romania’s attack during these years.

  6. Marius Șumudică: While not as prominent internationally, Șumudică was a valuable player domestically and contributed to the Romanian national team during this period.
